Habeebullah Huzur-i-Pak Swallallahu ‘Alaihi Wa Sallam is the blessing of Almighty Allah Pak. And the order of Allah Almighty to express Eid or Happy Mubarak because of getting him(Huzur-i-Pak Swallallahu ‘Alaihi Wa Sallam) as blessing.
Almighty Allah says
وَمَا أَرْسَلْنَاكَ إِلَّا رَحْمَةً لِّلْعَالَمِينَ
And I have sent you (Habeebullah Huzur-i-Pak Swallallahu ‘Alaihi Wa Sallam) not but as a blessing for the ‘Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists).
Blessing of the whole world is Nur Mujassam, Habeebullah Huzur-i-Pak Swallallahu ‘Alaihi Wa Sallam and he has been sent as blessing.the Most High, Almighty Allah also says,
ثُمَّ تَوَلَّيْتُم مِّن بَعْدِ ذَٰلِكَ ۖ فَلَوْلَا فَضْلُ اللَّهِ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَتُهُ لَكُنتُم مِّنَ الْخَاسِرِينَ
Then you turned away after that. And if not for the favor of Allah upon you and His mercy, you would have been among the losers.
Mufti Shafi of Pakistan, one of the leading persons of Deobandi, has written in his Tafseer “Maareful Quran” of this verse.”And according to the Hadith Sharif, the punishment is not inflicted because it is the blessing of the Holy Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace. Therefore, some commentators have analyzed the Arabic language of the Holy Prophet sallallahu alaihi wa sallam as the mercy and mercy of Allah.(Tafseer of the Great Quran: Tafseer of Surah Baqarah No. 64)

And Almighty Allah made it clear,
قُلْ بِفَضْلِ اللهِ وَبِرَحْـمَتِهه فَبِذٰلِكَ فَلْيَفْرَحُوْا هُوَ خَيْرٌ مّـمَّا يَـجْمَعُوْنَ
Meaning: “O my Habeeb Swallallahu ‘Alaihi Wa Sallam You tell them, express happiness for the grace and mercy of Allah (Nure Mujasam, Habibullah Huzoor Pak sallallahu alaihi wa sallam). Expressing this happiness is better than anything. (Sacred Surah Yunus Shareef: Sacred Verse 58)
Who is meant by برحمته and برحمته in this Sacred verse. There is a clear reference about this in the Hadith Shareef, which is mentioned in Tafseer Ruhul Mayani 6th volume page 141,
اخرج ابو الشيخ عن حضرت ابن عباس رضى الله تعالى عنهما ان الفضل العلم و الرحمة محمد صلى الله عليه و سلم
Meaning: Hazrat Abush Shaykh Rahmatullahi Alaihi He narrates Hazrat Abdullah ibn Abbas Radbiallahu Ta’ala Anhuma narrated from Una “definitely “fadbul” purpose by “fadbullah” and Noor Mujassam by ‘Rahmat’, Habeebullah Huzur-i-Pak Swallallahu ‘Alaihi Wa Sallam ” (Document- Durrul Manchur in Tafsir – 10 no.sura-11 para- Sura Younuch 58 verses, Kabir in Tafsi)
In the tafsir of this verse, but Huzur Pak Swallallahu ‘Alaihi Wa Sallam was explained to him by ‘Rahmat’. it’s mean that, Allah Pak His grace and mercy Huzur Pak Swallallahu ‘Alaihi Wa Sallam celebrate Eid with his arrival.
From the above Sacred Surah Ambiya Shareef 107 no. Ayat Shareef and Sacred Surah Bakbara Shareef 64 no. Ayah Shareef, we came to know that “Rahmat” is himself Huzur Pak Swallallahu ‘Alaihi Wa Sallam
In Uchule Tafsir, there are some types of commentary. First of all, the commentary of Ayat Sharif with Ayat Shareef. Secondly, Tafsir of Ayat Shareef by Hadith Shareef. Thirdly, the explanation of Ayat Shareef by Hazrat Sahabaye Kiram Unad. Chartuthat, Imam Mustahid’s explanation of Ayat Sharif. Come, now we will look at the 58 number Ayat Shareef of Sacred Surah Younus in these four processes tafsir.
The great Allah Pak said,
قُلْ بِفَضْلِ اللّهِ وَبِرَحْمَتِهِ فَبِذَلِكَ فَلْيَفْرَحُواْ هُوَ خَيْرٌ مِّمَّا يَجْمَعُونَ
Meaning: O my Habib Swallallahu ‘Alaihi Wa Sallam! You say, express happiness because of Allah Pak receiving His grace and mercy. Expressing this happiness is the best of all. (Sacred Surah Yunus Shareef: Sacred Ayat Shareef 58)
If you get to know who is “Rahmat” in this Ayat Shareef, the matter of observing Eid-E-Miladunnabi will be clear like water. Come let’s see the commentary-
1 Explanation by Ayat Shareef:
Great Allah Pak Irshad Mubarak, O my Habib Swallallahu ‘Alaihi Wa Sallam! I send you as a mercy to the whole world. (Surah Ambia 107)
The great Allah has defined his mercy by this Ayat Sharif. The Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Salam is Allah’s mercy. So think whose order Mubarak to express happy Mubarak because of getting mercy.
2.Sacred Ayat Shareef by Sacred Hadith Shareef:
Habeebullah Huzur-i-Pak Swallallahu ‘Alaihi Wa Sallam said that
عَنْ حَضْرَتْ اَبِـيْ اُمَامَةَ رَضِىَ اللهُ تَعَالٰى عَنْهُ قَالَ قَالَ النَّبِـيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ اَنَّ اللهَ تَعَالٰى بَعَثَنِيْ رَحْـمَةً لّـِلْعَالَمِيْنَ
Meaning: “Hazrat Abu Umama Radbiallahu Ta’ala Anhu narrated from him. He said Noor Mujassam, Habeebullah Huzur-i-Pak Swallallahu ‘Alaihi Wa Sallam He did Irshad Mubarak, Surely Allah Pak sent me honorable Rahmat Mubarak for Tamamam Alam.(mankind, jinns and all that exists) (Tabarani Sharif, Musnad Ahmad Sharif, Mirkat Sharif, Dalaylun Nubuwat Lee Abu Nuaim)
The explanation of Surah Younus Shareef Una’s 58 no. Sacred Ayat Sharif was found by the Sacred Hadith Shareef. Prophet Kareem Swallallahu ‘Alaihi Wa Sallam himself said, He is Allah’s mercy. So, the reason for getting the Prophet has to be expressed happiness Mubarak. It is proved by his explanation of Hadith Sharif.
- Tafsir of Ayat Sharif by Hazrat Sahabay Kiram’s interpretation: Surah Younus Shareef is mentioned in page 6th 141 of Tafsir, in the commentary of his 58 no. Ayat Shareef,
اخرج ابو الشيخ عن حضرت ابن عباس رضى الله تعالى عنهما ان الفضل العلم و الرحمة محمد صلى الله عليه و سلم

So the crown on the head of the commentators ibn Abbas Radbiallahu Anhu said, Sacred Surah Younus Sharif was explained to Huzur Pak Swallallahu ‘Alaihi Wa Sallam by the mercy of the Sacred Surah Yunus Shareef 58 no. Ayat Shareef.
- Imam Mustahid’s Explanation of Sacred Ayat Shareef by his interpretation: Hafiz Hadith, Mujaddid Zaman, Famous Hazrat Mufassir Jalaluddin Suyuti Rahmatullahi Alaihi, Tajul Manteqin Fakhruddin Razi Rahmtullahi Alayhi, Famous Mufassir Allam Alusi Baghdadi Hamtullahi Alaihi said, the mercy described in the tafsir is Huzur Pak Sallallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam. (Durrul Manchur in Tafsir – 10 No. 11 Para – Surah Yunus 58 Ayat, Ruhul Ma’yani in Tafseer, Kabir in Tafseir)
The above four types of commentary is clear proof, “O my Habib Swallallahu ‘Alaihi Wa Sallam! You tell the Ummah, the great Allah Pak He has given his Habeeb Swallallahu ‘Alaihi Wa Sallam as honorable fadbal or grace mubarak and honorable rahmat Mubarak; so that they celebrate the honorable Eid and happy Mubarak. Expressing this Happy Mubarak or Eid is better than those things which they save for the world and the hereafter. “ (Sacred Surah Enus Shareef: Sacred Ayat sh 58)
