Child Safety Standards

Last Updated: February 6, 2026

At Swirwaatul Mustaqeem (SM40), we have a zero-tolerance policy for any behavior or content that puts children at risk. This document outlines our commitment to safety and compliance with global child protection standards.

1. Prohibition of Illegal Content (CSAM)

The creation, sharing, or solicitation of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) is strictly prohibited. Any user attempting to share such material will be immediately and permanently banned without warning.

2. Mandatory Law Enforcement Reporting

In accordance with the [Optional: US/EU/Local] law, we report all confirmed instances of CSAM to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and local police departments.

3. In-App Reporting Mechanisms

Users are encouraged to report suspicious content or predators immediately using our in-app tools. Reports are prioritized and reviewed by our human moderation team within 24 hours.
